1. About SignalHR
SignalHR provides AI-powered guidance, tools, calculators, document templates, and HR resources relating to UK employment law. The platform is intended to help employers, HR professionals, and individuals understand employment law concepts, processes, and entitlements. SignalHR also facilitates introductions between users and independent HR specialists where users choose to request a referral.
2. Not Legal Advice
SignalHR is not a law firm and is not regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority or any other legal or regulatory body.
Nothing on SignalHR constitutes legal advice, legal representation, or a solicitor-client relationship. All content, AI-generated responses, tools, calculators, document templates, and guidance provided through the platform are for informational and educational purposes only.
You should not rely solely on information provided by SignalHR when making decisions that may have legal, financial, or employment consequences. If you have a legal matter, you should seek independent advice from a qualified solicitor or regulated employment law specialist.
We make no warranty that AI-generated guidance is accurate, complete, current, or appropriate for your specific circumstances. Employment law is complex and fact-specific, and AI responses may contain errors or omissions. We strongly recommend that all decisions with legal implications are reviewed by a qualified professional before action is taken.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use SignalHR. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older, that you have the authority to enter into these Terms (including on behalf of any organisation you represent), and that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.
SignalHR is intended for use by individuals and businesses based in the United Kingdom. We make no representations that the platform or its guidance is appropriate for use in other jurisdictions.
