- An AI chat tool to help you understand your options, risks, and practical next steps for a specific workplace situation.
- A practical toolkit: letter and policy templates, pay and entitlement calculators (SSP, statutory family pay, holiday accrual, unfair dismissal compensation), and a library of plain-English guides.
- A place to organise supporting documents (contracts, letters, policies, emails) for better context, with the option to escalate to a human specialist when you need more than guidance.

How it works
- Ask your question in chat and provide context — this works whether you’re an employee navigating an issue or an employer managing one.
- SignalHR retrieves relevant guidance from the knowledge base and your uploaded documents (if any), and can point you to the right calculator, letter template, or guide.
- If appropriate, you can escalate the case to a human specialist for review.
